Dear Kalyanji,
Your blog about construction cost has made me to write to you.
I have a site 77′x30′ and propose to construct three houses of 422 sq ft each with staircase (for another set of three on the first floor later on). The total built up area comes to 1885 sq ft which includes exterior flooring, gates, etc.
Could you please tell me the approximate cost per sq ft for this construction at a place like Salem or Erode? Just an approximate estimate per sq ft will do.
